Great News from Adam Jude, and other Saturday developments

Adam Jude of the Register-Guard reports Darron Thomas is healthy and throwing with authority, completing 5-for-5 in a touchdown drive to cap practice, ones versus ones.

Clay punches in another score from the one to cap a methodical drive, and now Jim Tressel may have to take off the sweater, roll up his sleeves and start throwing dice, down 21-0.

SC clobbered Cal 48-14, looking like the old Trojans. Barkley threw for 352, and freshman wide receiver Robert Woods had another big day catching the football, 116 yards and two scores. Nothing about Oregon’s drive to second straight conference championship will be easy or guaranteed.

Ohio State answers back with a drive, but Wisconsin stiffens and holds them to field goal, 21-3.
