The real jewel in this video is Meyer's comment at the end. No offensive system is perfect. What impresses him most about the Ducks is that everyone, from coaches to players, have bought in to the system and are deeply invested.
I once heard that despite your title, you can't call yourself a leader if you turn around and nobody's behind you. The Ducks are very fortunate to have a great leader as head coach. -DaveV
