Thomas continues to impress with his resilience. He shakes off mistakes and doesn’t seem to get rattled by pressure, ahead or behind.
The defense battles every play and gets a stop inside the 10
The option pitch has been a thing of beauty tonight. Thomas’ running has added a new dimension.
Great to see Huff and Davis get touchdown catches.
I agree its very nice to see Davis catch a TD pass. He does the little things and doesn't get many chances down field.
ReplyDeleteI hate to pile on TJ3 but I am tired of knowing he is going to get burned before the game even starts. He even missed the block on Luck when Pleasant was running the fumble back.
Cliff Harris is a stud and could be a very high draft pick in a year or so. I wonder if a second string player has ever been selected as a first team all american.
What a game! This team is for real and I like the way this years schedule has went from tough to favorable.
Is Texas that bad or did UCLA have a very bad game against WSU?

Totally agree about Davis, and TJ3--Talmadge works hard in coverage but just gets worked over by receivers. Harris continues to amaze. That's four picks and 3 tds for him off the bench, I believe. Got to handle the football better on kickoffs, but man, is he a lockdown cover corner, an exceptional talent.
Jury still out on the Bruins.
