2nd quarter

Oops. Forgot to switch quarters.
They're in four down zone now.

Offense surrenders another short field, the only way Washington stays in this game.

Defense shows some toughness. Holds the Huskies to three in the sudden-change situation,

They need to create some creases for James and Barner.

3-3 in the second quarter? Ducks need to find their rhythm.

Love Huff returning kicks. Runs hard, takes care of the ball.

Bad mesh on the fumble.

Couple times a game, James gets thrown down after the whistle.

No push up front. None.

Paulson seems to have trouble extending his arms running in the open field. Ball was overthrown, but for a big guy, he doesn't have much reach. He's lumbering. You have to hit him in the chest, it seems.

Only Oregon fans would boo a time out.

Don't reach the ball out. Nice run though.

No push, no crease. Okay, that's more like it.

Beard plunges over for two. Beard has shown his value in about six different ways this year, extra strength and athleticism you don't normally get from a kicker. Tackles, onside kick recoveries, two-point conversions, in addition to his regular duties.

Good tackle by TJIII.

The Washington lines are playing better early than Oregon's, both sides of the ball.

Auburn not distracted: 62-24 over Chattanooga, Newton 4 tds.

TCU and Boise State rolling, up by three touchdowns.

Cliff Harris! By a jersey, by the punter.

Darron Thomas for a 34-yard scramble, good block by James.

Washington has played tough, down by 15. Replay shows a nice block by Paulson that helped take that play from a first down to a touchdown. Oregon has the best downfield team blocking in the country. They teach this better than anyone, and all 11 players buy in.

They're losing contain on Price repeatedly. He bails them out with a bad decision, loss of down penalty.

How many stinking stupid penalties in one half?

The have to come in under control and get Price down--it's ridiculous.

They're not going to beat Oregon kicking field goals.

Thomas has a pretty good arm--threw that ball 60 yards in the air. Looks a little amped today, uncharacteristic for him.
