Again, there's another coaching vacancy in Division I football, and again, Mike Bellotti's name is on the hypothetical short list. Everybody wants the coach that built the foundation of the success story on the Willamette River, even if they can't pronounce the state or the river properly.
Coach Bellotti can pick and choose, and that is the recipe for a big pay day.
John Henderson of the Denver Post weighs in. He doesn't think Colorado will land Bellotti, or their other big target, Les Miles, but speculates Coach could wind up at ASU if Dennis Erickson's team fails to rally and make a bowl.
